Energy/Water Nexus Forum – October 15, 2013
We had a record-breaking turnout and enthusiastic response from across the community to the discussions at the Energy/Water Nexus Forum in October. Thank you to our speakers, Judge Nelson Wolff, Lyle Larson, Texas Representative, Doyle N. Beneby, President and Chief Executive Officer, CPS Energy, Robert Puente, President and Chief Executive Officer, as well as our expert panel that included Amy Hardberger, Weir Labatt and Les Shephard. They did a phenomenal job sharing their viewpoints and crafting a very informative discussion. A special thanks to our excellent moderator, Bob Rivard, for once again guiding the discussion and asking relevant and applicable questions of the panel.
We would also like to thank all of the generous sponsors and exhibitors for their financial support of the Mission Verde Alliance and San Antonio Clean Technology Forum. We are excited about Eagle Ford Forum III to be held in January 2014. Keep a look out for the announcements later this month. And most of all, we would like to thank the Clean Technology Forum's Chairman, Mike Burke for his tireless and endless drive to make these events major community resources for all San Antonians.
