Eagle Ford Forum II - January 29, 2013
We had an amazing turnout and very positive response from across the community to the discussions at the Eagle Ford Forum II. I would like to thank Lance Robertson from Marathon Oil, The Honorable Henry Cisneros from CityView, The Honorable Susan Combs, Texas State Comptroller, and Greg Marston from Environmental Defense Fund. They did a fabulous job sharing their perspectives and crafting a very informative discussion.
Our excellent moderator, Bob Rivard, helped bring the topics affecting the Eagle Ford Shale whether they be community sustainability to clean technology used in the production process to inadequate funding needed for local infrastructure to the forefront of the discussion. He did a great job as usual guiding the discussion and asking pertinent and insightful questions of the panel.
I would like to thank all of the sponsors and exhibitors for their financial support of the Mission Verde Alliance and San Antonio Clean Technology Forum. We are excited about Eagle Ford Forum III to be held in January 2014. Keep a look out for the announcements later in 2013. And most of all, I would like to thank the Clean Technology Forum's Chairman, Mike Burke for his tireless and endless drive to make these events major community resources for all San Antonians.
Best Regards,
Scott D. Storment
